A symbol for you or your loved one to treasure for years to come. Currently, the creative consultation process is done remotely, initially through telephone, email and video chat. Once we have established details of the concept for your piece, design sketches are provided along with a quote. Upon your design approval, a deposit is required and the magic begins. Upon special request, photos and video can be provided of your work in progress, to share in the experience of creating your personalized treasure. While every possible care is taken to ensure your personal creation will meet or exceed your expectations, refunds or credit cannot be offered on custom made pieces.

Sentiment is More Precious Than any Gemstone
On a beach, a young boy holds out his hand to his grandfather. “This is for you Grandpa” a beach pebble is passed on…
Dennis was approached by the Grandfather with this sentimental pebble to create gold pieces for himself and his grandson. Utilizing a sentimental beach pebble appealed to Dennis. Being skilled in the lapidary arts he sliced and polished the pebble looking for best properties for presentation.
A 14kt ring and 2 pendants resulted. The client wanted to incorporate some sentimental gold into the pendants so Dennis created free form shapes from their gold and carved the stones to hold the gold shapes. Both treasure their unique pieces that hold rich meaning.

Creating Earrings From a Treasured Motif
A former schoolteacher candidly referred to as “The Dragon Lady” had acquired a stunning outfit with a dragon motif. For a 25th year anniversary Dennis was approached by her husband to create 14kt pieces based on the outfit’s dragon imagery. After a photo shoot of the outfit Dennis created stunningly unique hand made 14kt and jade earrings to celebrate their anniversary.

Commemorating Close Friends
Five close friends who had worked together for 20 years wanted to commemorate their bond. All being West Coast women they decided that the iconic starfish, having five arms, would symbolize their bond wonderfully. On each of the friend’s 50th birthdays, Dennis made a commemorative 14 karat Star Fish with their individual initials engraved into one of the five arms.

Altering Tanzanite Diamond Earrings
Dennis was approached by a client who owned Tanzanite and diamond stud earrings. She was looking to convert them into drop earrings with a flowing feel. Dennis created the additional drop feature including setting 8 diamonds, along with custom shepherd hooks. An entirely new look and feel was accomplished and the client was delighted.
